Louise Burgess – Business Support

Louise Burgess is our business support associate and provides us with a range of services and support through her company, Louise B Virtual Business Support: https://louisebvirtual.com/

Her role with us involves (amongst other things) co-ordinating training courses, updating the website, and formatting and proofreading documentation.

Louise has over 14 years’ experience in business support, administrative and customer service roles — five of which have been spent in management.

Her qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Management, PRINCE2 Foundation, and NVQs Level 2 & 3 in Business Administration. Louise holds membership with the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP); she has completed, and is currently undertaking, various courses with them.

Louise and Vicki met whilst working together at HQN and their great working relationship, plus Louise’s understanding of the social housing sector, made Louise an ideal fit for providing business support to Housing H&S Compliance UK.
