Ryan Hodgson – Resident Safety and Asset Management Compliance Associate

Ryan is a highly experienced social housing professional who has worked extensively in the field of asset management and resident/landlord safety compliance. Having worked with a number of social landlords to effect change and improvement, he is adept at leading and supporting senior/executive teams to deliver compliance with the ‘big 6’ landlord/resident safety obligations.

Ryan is a Gas Safe Registered professional and has a working technical knowledge of gas safety management and current regulatory requirements; however, he has effectively managed all areas of resident safety including the development/review of policies, procedures and management plans and has a designed and developed robust KPI Scorecard reporting for many organisations.

He holds a wide and diverse portfolio of qualifications, including in water hygiene, asbestos management, fire door inspections as well as the NEBOSH certificates. Ryan is an Associate Member of the Institution of Fire Safety Managers, a Technical Member of IOSH and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineering.

Ryan is currently providing compliance support through project management as well as completing compliance audits of a number of the main subject areas including gas, electrical and lifts for a number of our clients. He understands the key issues that are specific to the sector; working with fellow professionals his aim is to make a difference and improve safety and compliance in the sector across the UK.
